Run of the Week, March 24th

Now that the weather is getting nicer, try this run outside.

Warm-up for 5:00 to 10:00 (gradually build up your pace to running)

Run interval: 0:30 (fast pace, but safe it you are on a treadmill)

Rest interval: 1:00 (walk at 2.5 mph, easy pace)

Repeat run intervals eight times.

Post distance and fastest interval speed and what ever else you want to say.

.92 between a 6.8 and 7.2 on the treadmill. Liked the kettle bell demo. However, still banging away on my left wrist.....uuuuggghhh. Maybe it is getting a little better.

Slar says - Distance was 1.05 miles. Got up to 9.0 mph for most of the run intervals. Getting a little lighter seems to be letting me go a little faster on the treadmill for these runs with the ''fast'' intervals! : ) Conditioning is getting better too!
