Cleaning (bringing it to the shoulder) the kettlebell often is difficult at first. Many trainees bang their wrists or shoulders with the kettlebell. It takes time to learn how to roll the kettlebell up to your shoulder under control. Tracey Reifkind posted this video of one of her combinations on her blog. She is a very experienced kettlebell trainee and demonstrates excellent technique (she also used to weigh 100 pounds heavier).
