Last week, I posted a video I made for a shoulder warm-up. It included some of the many warm-up exercises I use for clients. This week, I am adding the Lower Body Warm-Up. It includes several of the many, lower body warm-up exercises I use for myself and clients. This warm-up requires no equipment and can (and should) be done on a daily basis for best results.
