Shoulder Warm-Up

Each week we rotate warm-up and corrective exercises for clients during the group training sessions and individual sessions. For most people, the upper back and shoulders usually have some functional deficits (lack mobility, stability, are in poor alignment, or just hurt). We are trying to reverse the effects of gravity, long-hours sitting, inactivity, and old injuries. Here is an easy, series of exercises that can be done (anywhere- no equipment) on a regular basis for a warm-up prior to exercise or whenever to improve your posture and shoulder function.
