December Challenge

Many of you have tested at least once and are training to win the latest HTS challenge. I have made a diagram showing how your average power is measured and the contribution of each variable. As you can see, you can use any size kettlebell you would like.


Here is a rating for you to gauge your conditioning level:

0-20 watts: Poor
20-40 watts: Average
40-60 watts: Above Average
60-80 watts: Very Good
80-100 watts: A Snatchin' Machine

Not sure about the calculation but 78 reps with 15lbs. Liz.

It comes out to be 29 watts.
