Way to Go Jen!

Jen, who just learned the barbell snatch (lift the bar from the floor overhead in one movement, like in the Olympics) earlier this summer, reached a personal best, 56 pounds today. She is 10 pounds away from the goal of 66 pounds I set for her this summer. She is really getting stronger and most importantly enjoys it. She has followed my advice and has focused on improving her strength and performance, rather than focusing on burning calories and her weight on the scale.

Wow Jen look at you go. Good on you. Great form. That and the wild burpees, I still have to get to those....yikes.
