A client of mine, who is away at college, has been training with me doing barbell exercises. She ran into a problem of not having any barbells less than 45lbs to work with. So, she can't complete all of her exercises (snatches and presses). She wants to use dumbells, but didn't know how to perform these exercises with a dumbell. So, I am posting a good video of the dumbell snatch. When you learn the movement with one implement (ie. barbell) it is not very difficult to convert to another implement (ie dumbell or kettlebell).
