For those of you looking for a challenge........
Perform 25 burpee + pushup + squat jumps in as short a time as possible.
These three exercises are combined together; do you burpee, while down on the floor, perform the extra pushup (on knees), jump up and immediately squat back down and perform the squat jump. That is one, repeat 25 times.

Okay did it again and got 3:25 not sure what happened the other day. Just being a wheeny. Today was after workout. Puffing hard now:)

3:33 for me, I think. It is hard to keep track when you are working that hard.
Okay tried it one more time to get a round number. After workout on the lifting, managed it in 3:30. I guess I still have the Kettle bell challange to do:)
