Run of the Week, June 2nd

Its Back!!!

For those of you who were missing it....

Warm-up: progressively increase pace from walk, jog, to run over 10:00

Format: Continuous run for time

Distance: one mile for time.

Pretty basic, but compare your time to this year's high school girls state champion, Alexandra Banfich of Culver Acedemy, who ran it Friday in 4:55!

Slar says - 8:51......while going for time, I came out of the gate a little too fast....had to slow up some. I might try it again at a more reasonable pace at the starting gun.
