Monday Training

Ray cleaning and jerking the 66lb barbell. The Olympic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk. learn more about weightlifting through this link) are great for strengthening the whole body, however they not very well known and rarely do see anyone do them. What I love about them is that they are fun to do! (sorry about the sideways video...I couldn't rotate it)
