Run of the Week
8 x 400
Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of walking/running; gradually increasing the pace to a speed that is close to the pace you will run your 0.25 mile intervals.
Run Interval: 0.25 mile
Rest Interval: walk for 1:30 at 2.5 mph (very easy)
Alternate run and walks, you will run a total of 2 miles plus seven walk intervals.
Post your time.
*Non-Runners: You can substitute walking (at a self-selected pace, 2.5-4.0 mph) at 5% grade for your hard interval
