Run this week:
Run Interval: 0.1 mile (moderate progressing to fast pace)
Rest Interval: Walk 2:30 (slow pace)
* Repeat intervals 6 times, each time trying to improve your speed.
Post your fastest interval (speed in mph and time in seconds)
You should have plenty of rest between intervals. This is a speed workout...not so much a 'red face' workout.

This was a little easier. Managed to get to 8.0 and 40 sec. Will strive for 8.6 to 9.0 next time. I maybe getting the hang of this:)Of course if I go flying off the back of the treadmill, it won't be a pretty picture:)
Run hard, but be safe...use the safety cord on the treadmills so you don't fly off!
10.5 mph, 28 seconds...felt pretty good, but didn't want to go much faster on the treadmill.

Okay...it went back and forth between 8.1/8.2 mph and 39 seconds. I set the treadmill up to 9.0 mph but it said I was only going 8.1/8.2, even though I was pushing it. What's up with that?
Well tried it a second time made it to 8.6mph at I think 35 sec. Felt okay. Don't think I will try for 9.0 at this point though. Jogged before and after to get to the 3mph and felt fine:) Getting to my goal.
