Strength Endurance; Blurring the Lines Between Cardio and Weight Lifting.
Strength endurance is the ability to maintain a level of muscular force or work over a period of time. The work performed by the muscles is supported by the cardiovascular system, especially when it is continually repeated over time. The farmer's walk is an example of a strength endurance exercise. Stan completes a timed set of the farmer's walk during Friday morning's training session.
