Top Performers for the Week

This week's conditioning (aka 'A") workout was of course challenging. However, everyone pushed themselves hard (got to love competetiveness). The goal was to accumulate as many repetitions with four exercises (burpees, diagonal Kb swings, lunges, and full Kb swings) in 16-0:30 work intervals.

Wait a minute -- Clay works out in the morning, and he said it wouldn't be hard to beat my reps... we'll see!
