Interval Run of the Week


4 x 400meter (0.25 mile)

Start with a 5-10:00 warm-up of walking and jogging.

Work Interval: Run 4oo meters at a mod/hard pace.

Rest Interval: Walk for 3:00 at a slow pace.

Repeat four times.

Post your times (not including warm-up).
