To achieve anything in life it takes hard work. It also takes consistency. Some of us need more accountability than others to train regularly to see improvements in our fitness. Now in addition to the valuable, face-to-face training sessions, the Hubbard Training Systems Blog will also help you with your accountability. I will have weekly postings where you can add to the comments what you have done beyond the Hubbard Training Systems training sessions. This may differ for everyone, based on their goals. I will post more later on this topic.
