BBQ Rubbed Pork Chop with Pineapple Jalapeno Black Bean Salad




1. Rub pork chop with chilli powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Grill 7-9 min per side.

2. Combine in bowl: 1/2 cored, diced pineapple, 1 15-oz can black beans, 1 thinly-sliced jalapeno pepper, 1 thinly-sliced red pepper, 1 cup of chopped cilantro leaves, 3 Tbsp of lime juice, and 1 Tbsp of olive oil.

3. Place salad on plate, add pork chop to that plate, and eat!
