Back Squat
Deadlift
Snatch
Clean & Press
Turkish Get-Up
Curl
Roll-Outs
Over 15,000 total repetitons were performed between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve.
All 11 qualifiers were put into a drawing, with the winner receiving a $50 credit and a HTS shirt. One by one names were drawn out by my daughter and eliminated. The final name left in the bag, and winner of the 2009 Hubbard Training Systems' Holiday Barbell Challenge is.......
