My blog postings have slowed down recently because I am working on a journal article. The article is on unstable surface training for healthy adults. Unstable surfaces include: Swiss Balls, BOSU balls, inflatble discs, wobble boards, and foam pads. I am sure many of you have seen them or have used them. However, the question is, is unstable surface training any better than stable surface training for healthy adults?
