More Turkish Get-Up Fun

To make the Turkish Get-up more challenging, try using a living, squirming weight, such as a six year-old kid for your resistance. Just don't hit their head on the ceiling or drop them.

Dan -- Looks very challenging! I think they should add this to the roster of events at the next Olympics!

Your son has great trust in you:) Since I can't do 25lbs yet not sure I will try that anytime soon.
