Refining the Barbell Snatch Technique

The barbell snatch is rarely seen in your typical gym because few people know what it is, let alone, can they perform it with decent technique. The barbell snatch is a wonderful exercise to not only develop full-body strength, coordination, power, control, athleticism, raise your metabolism, and allow you to lift heavy weights. You do need to start with good coaching to progress you along appropriately. Although the lift takes less than a couple seconds to complete, there are a number of elements to develop. I am by no means great at it, yet. But recently, I have gone back to the basics to refine my technique.
