This week we are retesting everyone's push-up max after training hard for one month. I caught Jen at the gym this morning and retested her. She finished at level eight (a single-arm push-up at 24"), after starting at level seven (single-arm push-up at 30").
I also retested myself. I managed a level 11 push-up (single-arm, hand 6" from ground), improved from my initial level 10 (single-arm, 12" from the ground). Those are tough. From my experience, the toughest part is keeping your body stable, especially when you weigh 212
pounds.
