Conditioning Challenge

Complete ten rounds of these three exercises as fast as possibly (with good technique). Post times in the comments. Under 15:00 is great, under 17:00 is good, under 19:00 is ok.

Exercises and reps/round:
1. Burpees: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

2. 2-hand kettlebell swings (use 26, 25, 44, or 53 pound kettlebell, substitute squat jumps if at home): 20,18,16,14,12,10, 8,6,4,2 reps

3. Body-weight walking lunges: 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 reps

13:53, used a 35lb kettlebell and yes, it did stink! Still wiped out, but also did this after completing my regular "Dan workout"-I'd recommend having it be the sole workout for the day. Jen

Okay did the challenge today after work out with 35lb kettle bell. I concur with Jen, it was a killer and legs are like jelly. 13:35 :Liz
