Friday Training

Today, Julie reached a personal best in the deadlift, 65lbs for three reps. Nice Job!
Notice the good technique; her back stays straight, she stays flat-footed, and she locks out her hips with her glutes (no hyper-extension of the spine at the top). A good benchmark for the deadlift is to lift one times your body weight(for men and women who have been strength training for less than one year), one time (with good technique, of course).
