Now that you consumed more Calories than you thought you would, this workout will help you burn them off. By now, you know that going for a walk or jog is not the most efficient way to burn maximal Calories.
This conditioning workout will do the trick. For those of you performing these workouts, remember, make sure you get at least two strength workouts per week, then you can add this workout.
- Kettlebell Snatch x 30 reps (15 per side) (26/35/44kb for beginner, intermed., or advanced)
- Run 0.25 mile
- Kettlebell Jerk x 30 reps (15 per side) (26/35/44kb)
- Stair Mill x 10 floors
