The Pumpkin-Bell Challenge
Lift the Pumpkin-Bell (25lbs) by using the turkish get-up, clean and press, clean and jerk, or snatch either 300 (Bronze), 600 (Silver), or 900 (Gold) times by the end of October. The Pumpkin-Bell is available at the gym, during a training session, or during an outdoor group training session. Log your totals reps on this post in the comments section. Turkish get-ups count as two reps if you go up and down.
If you haven't demonstrated the ability to perform these lifts well, with 25 lbs, then I will work with you to help you get to the level you need to perform these lifts safely and proficiently.
The few, strong kettlebell lifters who reach these goals will win prizes (based on the level they reach).
