After warming up, perform the following in as short a time as possible:
1 burpee / 2 kettlebell swings*
2 burpees / 4 kettlebell swings
3 burpees / 6 kettlebell swings
4 burpees / 8 kettlebell swings
5 burpees / 10 kettlebell swings
6 burpees / 12 kettlebell swings
7 burpees / 14 kettlebell swings
8 burpees / 16 kettlebell swings
9 burpees / 18 kettlebell swings
10 burpees / 20 kettlebell swings
* Kettlebell swings are performed with two hands, project kettlebell with hips so it is briefly weightless at waist level. Males use 53lbs and females use 35 pounds.
