One large hurdle for getting fit is time and motivation. I emphasize training effectively and efficiently with full-body movements (quality vs quantity). Kettlebells work well for this training philosophy, but you can also use a barbell, dumbells, or body weight (pushups). Today, I performed the double kettlebell snatch and jerk with a pair of 24kg kettlebells. A couple sets of these by themselves would have been a pretty good workout, however, I did a few other movements.
