Saturday, Aug 23rd, 8:00-9:00am: Outdoor Group Training Session at Cary Grove Park

Sorry I wont make it Tues. to the presentation. I will be at work. Hope to make it Wed. night to workout. I guess I need to get back on the bandwagon and start working out. Trip out west and up at 8,000 feet left me a little winded to run. Walking up hill was enough. However, it was great when the horses were doing all the work:) Just saw the video on the front page, oh my...very good and fun. The army training course was something else....good on you Dan for doing it.
