Fat Loss Presentation

Friday August 15th @ 10am, at Cardinal Fitness I will be giving a presentation titled "Designing Your Exercise Program for Fat Loss, Maximal Results for Your Time." It is free for anyone (so tell your friends). Some of the topics that I will cover include:

1. Creating a calorie deficit
2. Understanding the role of your resting metabolic rate
3. Raising your metabolism during and after exercise
4. Metabolic strength training and interval endurance exercise
