Run of the Week, May 21st



Warm up: 5-10:00 of progressive walking and jogging
Format: Alternate run and rest intervals until you have completed all run intervals.
Run: 0:30 (select your own pace) x 12
Rest: 0:30 (walk at a slow pace ~2.5mph)
Post total distance/pace.

Not sure of the pace since did outside with the dog. However I believe I went just over one mile in the 12minutes. great day to run outside:)

Inside run this time right at 1 mile going between 6.4-7.4.

Slar says - 1.09 miles....started at 8.5 mph and increased by 0.1 mph every two intervals.
