Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of walking and jogging.
Format: Intervals, alternate run interval with rest intervals
Run Intervals: 0.25 miles x 6 (fast pace, 8/10 exertion)
Rest Intervals: walk at a slow pace ~ 2.5mph until your heart rate drops below 120bpm.

For some reason this was hard tonight. I did it after weight lifting, but still. Time 21:06 went 1.77 miles and speed was between 6.1-6.8.

I too did this after weight training...was hard and I was pressed for time, but did 16:28; 1.75 miles...started at 8 made it to 9 on second to last interval, but then finished at 8.5. Jen

tried it again..this time 23:36 and 1.83 miles. started at 5.5 ended at 6.7.....jill

Slar says - did it in 21:30 for total of 1.88 miles. Intervals were at 7.0 to 7.5 mph. Tried it earlier with intervals at 8.0 mph but got cramps on the last two intervals and had to stop.
