Here is a good, online resource to help guide your nutrition. In a previous post I discussed my dietary framework, which gives you the basics for fat loss. Once you know your target calories per day, the next step is applying it to your daily eating. Fitday.com is a good resource to accurately figure out how many calories, fat, carbohydrate, and fat you are eating.
