Run of the Week, April 28th




Warm-up: 5-10:00 of progressive walking and running.

Format: Alternate run and rest intervals until you have completed all of the run intervals. Each run interval should be at a faster pace than the last.

Run Intervals: 0.5 mi (5 blocks), 0.4 mi(4 blocks), 0.3mi (3 blocks), 0.2mi (2blocks), 0.1 mi (1 block)

Rest Intervals: 1:00 of slow (2.5 mph) walking.

1.72 miles in 18:30 been lazy for last two weeks so good to get back in the swing.
