1:07 miles in the time interval. Managed to go between 6.6 and 7.0. Not to bad after taking a week and half off. warmed up 1/2 mile and ran 1 mile afterwards.
I actually did this one 4x this week. got @ 1 mile or slightly over each time. It is just plain SCARY for me to go over 7.0..feel like I'm going to trip.I guess that will come with time/practice.Looking forward to next weeks' run.....jill
Slar says - did this again last night....same deal...11:30 with run interval at 7.5 mph. This time I took a page out of Liz's playbook and did 1/2 mile before and after. Would have done the full mile after but the gym closed on me. Thanks for the great idea, Liz!
