Note for Runs of the Week
Runs of the week are usually fairy intense. They may not be appropriate for everyone (contact me if you have a concern). The runs of the week are a potent stimulus to help you improve your conditioning and fat loss. However, since they are intense you must look at your total training for the week. If you are strength training 2-4 days per week, then you may only perform the Run of the Week once or twice per week (recovery is important). You may perform additional aerobic exercise at a lower intensity. Again, ask me about your specific situation.
