Run of the Week



"Up the Mountain, Down the Mountain" Interval Run

Warm-up: 5-10 minutes

Run Intervals:
0.1 mile,
0.2 mile,
0.3 mile,
0.4 mile,
0.5 mile,
0.4 mile,
0.3 mile,
0.2 mile,
0.1 mile

Rest Intervals: 1:00 of walking in between each run interval.

Dan- 27:20....very challenging the day after performing heavy deadlifts.

3.09 miles in 33:55 minutes. Plus 10 mins warm up and 5 mins cool down. Lends a whole new meaning to feels good when done:)

31:05 following Dan's "A" workout-what was I thinking!?!. Good challenge...look forward to doing it again on a day that I don't do my "A" workout.

Okay tried this again with no other workout first. Managed 31:43plus 10 min. warm up and 5 min. cool down.
