Run of the Week

This week's run is an interval run focused on conditioning. It includes several short work intervals with even shorter rest intervals. Again, warm-up for 6-10 minutes. If you are inside, this may work better on the stairmill or bicycle. Or, if you can't make it to the gym simply try it on your stairs at home!

Run/Climb (exertion 8/10, 'Hard'): 0:20

Rest (slow walk/climb, exertion 2/10, 'very easy'): 0:10

Repeat 15 times. Your goal is to make it through. Post if you survived. I know it will take you 7:30, so don't post your time.

I used the bicycle. Little winded after the activity, but still managed to finish out the rest of the workout afterwards.

Phew, that was hard. Did it on Starimaster and almost flew off on the first interval. Slowed it down and finished. Can't say I liked it, but did manage to do it 2 times this week. Look forward to this weeks run.
