Interval Run of the Week








Warm-up for 5-10 minutes.

Run: 0.05 mile (~250 feet) at a fast pace

Walk slowly for 30 seconds

Run 0.10 mile (~500 feet) at a fast pace

Walk slowly for 60 seconds

* Repeat all of the above five times.

Post times (excl. warm-up)
