Body Awareness

Body awareness is the ability to sense and control your body in space and in your environment. It can be developed with bodyweight and free-weight training. It is often overlooked, as many people just want to 'workout' their muscles. Enhanced body awareness makes other exercises, athletics or just living life easier. Kiley performs the lateral hop to develop her strength-endurance, leg muscles and improve her body awareness.
