Hope all you moms had a great Mother's Day! Being a mom is a tough job. Just having kids changes your bodies. Then it becomes a 24-hour demanding job with no pay and no sick days. Many HTS clients are moms who are amazing, who still find a way to train hard many times per week. They are running races, lifting heavy weights, winning challenges and earning their pictures on the Wall of Fame (all five females are moms), and inspiring their kids to be fit and strong! Way to go moms, you rock!

Thanks to all the HTS clients who came out to the HTS social at Mudsocks for trivia night last Friday! It was a lot of fun, and my team (me, Rick, Karen, and Garrick) took home the first place prize! Keep an eye out for another HTS social next month.
