Images From the Sled Pull-Push Challenge

Over the last couple weeks over 30 clients participated in the HTS Sled Push-Pull Challenge. That is, load the sled up equal to your body weight, pull it with a two-inch rope 10.5 yards, immediately push it 10.5 yards, sprint back to the start line and repeat this three times as fast as you can. And what a challenge it was! We had some very impressive performances, but also had people continually improve their times- much to their own surprise! It was thrilling to see clients support one another and push each other. I will have the final results next week, but wanted to share some images here:
