As much as we all love to improve our appearance (%body fat), I stress the importance of improving performance with my clients, too.  Why, well training to improve perfermance will improve your performance and improve your appearance.  
Today, my client, Abby, reached a milestone for females: a body weight deadlift.  She didn't want me to tell you her weight.  So, I won't.  But, there is 125 lbs on the bar.  ;)
