Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

If you are cutting out processed grains and sugar to lose body fat and improve your health, then traditional desserts will not be appropriate. I developed this delicious recipe to hit the sweet spot (But, not too sweet, as part of the process is to recondition your palate to the taste of real foods).
Total carbohydrates ~ 10 grams and 3 grams of fiber.

Ingredients:
3 Tblsp of butter (melted)
3 Tblsp of whipping Cream
2 Tblsp of cacao powder (10g)
2(1g) packets of Stevia
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
8 strawberries
* raw coconut is optional

Melt butter in microwave (0:25 seconds). Add whipping cream and vanilla, stirring. Next, briskly stir in cacao and stevia**. Continue stirring briskly until mixture is a uniform, liquid chocolate. Immediately, pour over strawberries and place chocolate covered strawberries in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

**I am not a big fan of non-nutritive sweeteners (natural or artificial), but 100% cacao is impossible to eat.
