Thursday, April 1 will be the first outdoor training session this year. It will be held at Carey Grove Park from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Like last year, it is a fun and challenging workout at the park, including: mobility drills, agility drills, kettlebell lifting (and throwing), sled dragging, sledgehammer exercises, calisthenics, interval training, and other types of odd-object lifting and unorthodox fitness activities. Good times!
I will hold one session per week, until participation and demand increases. If you are interested (many clients have already been asking), contact me to sign-up. I will have a max of eight and a min of three participants.
