Group Training Update

Recently, we have had close to 15 clients participating in the group training sessions. Additionally, many others have approached me for more information. So, I wanted to update everyone on what the group training sessions are and when they are held. The group training sessions are 45-minute fitness training sessions, that address all aspects of physical fitness and are based on sound, scientific-supported principles. No gimmicks. Each session is limited to five clients and consists of: 1: warm-up/mobility/corrective exercise. 2. Full-body strength training. 3. Conditioning/work-capacity training.

Sessions start at 9:00am Monday through Saturday. Additionally, second sessions are at 10:00am on Monday and Wednesday, and at 6:30pm on Tuesday evening.
