The 3:00 kettlebell snatch challenge is underway and everyone is steadily improving. There is nothing like a little competition to get you motivated. The kettlebell challenge is a good demonstration of performance-oriented training, which keeps training fun and exciting. I am happy to see many new clients, who just learned how to snatch, compete in the challenge. The challenge is on-going, until the end of January. The male and female winners will receive a new HTS shirt (worth all of that effort).
