Tonight my training was focused on the clean and jerk. I video my training to analyze my technique sometimes (not just to show you that I actually workout, too). I always preach good technique so I need to do a little quality control on myself (since I have no one training me). I see some minor flaws in my technique, but would appreciate any others' comments/critiques.

Dan, you do better than me...obviously. I'm studying this little video for pointers so I can stop banging my collar bone! I know....keep the elbows up!!!!
