Females Should Not Lift More Than Three Pounds
Tony Gentilcore had a funny blog posting the other day ripping Gweneth Paltrow's trainer. Apparently, one of Hollywood's trainer to the stars says females should never lift more than three pounds while working out. Now, none of my clients have ever lifted a weight as light as 3 pounds! In fact, my 82-year old client performed deadlifts with 3o pounds, pressed 11 pounds, and used 27 pounds on the cable row today.
