Walk'n the Talk and Feel'n the Pain

I decided today was going to be a hardcore 'conditioning challenge' for me. I usually have a couple conditioning training sessions (I don't call them cardio, because that term is mis-used, but that is another post) per week, but not all are 'hardcore.'

So, the challenge was: 5:00 kettlebell snatch test with 20kg (44lb) and the current conditioning challenge, the 25 burpees/push-ups/squat jumps.

Results: 110 kb snatches in 5:00 (new personal best) and 3:33 for the burpees/push-ups/jump squats.

I feel that is all done!
